Shipping
We ship with PostNL Track & Trace. Shipping to the Netherlands and Belgium is free. Shipping to other EU member states costs €9.95. Shipping to supported destinations outside the EU costs €24.95. The server determines the destination from the selected ISO country code; there is no default-country fallback. For destinations outside the EU, import duties, taxes and clearance charges may be payable on delivery and are the recipient’s responsibility.

Orders completed before 15:00 in the Europe/Amsterdam time zone are handled under the operational dispatch schedule. Estimated delivery after handover to PostNL is 1–2 business days in the Netherlands, 1–3 business days in Belgium, 2–7 business days in other EU member states, and 5–20 business days for supported destinations outside the EU. These are estimates, not guarantees. Tracking is provided after dispatch.
